John has performed on over fifty jazz albums as a sideman. He has also co-produced/engineered numerous others recordings including Juno Award winning CDs by Murley and pianist Brian Dickinson. Mcleod has also worked with such international artists as Tony Bennett, Nancy Wilson, and ECM recording artists John Abercrombie and Kenny Wheeler. Recently John turned his focus to arranging for his own jazz orchestra and has taken up a monthly residency performing at the Rex hotel in Toronto.
